Group Experiences

Given her many years of experience in corporate leadership roles, Janelle brings a sense of grounded awareness to the specific challenges that exist amongst groups of people organized toward a common goal.

Additionally, Janelle offers workshops that specifically address conditions (eg. long covid, hypertension, chronic back pain, anxiety, neurologic issues, supporting caregivers)

Customized workshops and coaching available.

 Individuals

 As a yoga therapist, Janelle finds developing practice for individuals the most fulfilling part of her job. Helping people achieve transformation that relieves suffering is why we do this work.

Her favorite clients have been those with multidimensional health, job and relationship challenges, where no other modality has been able to fully address the root of their pain or challenge.

Working with Janelle has greatly improved my flexibility and provided a peaceful escape for relaxation. Her personalized approach and expertise in breathwork and meditation have been invaluable.
